93 Brew is an owner-operated coffee shop built around the idea that coffee should feel complete, not rushed. That means paying attention not only to the drink itself, but also to the atmosphere around it, the kind of space people step into, and the way different tastes are understood.

Our Story

Founded by a self-taught barista

93 Brew was started by Zain Naghman, who learned and refined the craft of brewing coffee through practice rather than formal training. That process shaped the way this café was built. It was never about following a template or creating something that looked like every other coffee shop. It was about taking the time to understand the drink properly and build a place that serves it with intention.

The idea behind 93 Brew was to create a proper coffee shop vibe that combines coffee with a wholesome experience. Some people want a clean espresso. Some want a creamy latte. Some want matcha, fruit-forward drinks, or something slower and more expressive. The goal is not to force one style. It is to understand what people enjoy and serve something that feels right for them.

Specialty coffee, matcha, and more

Everything on the menu uses quality ingredients and is made to order. We work with specialty-grade beans, real Japanese matcha, and house-made syrups and infusions.

  • Specialty espresso-based drinks using natural-processed Brazilian beans
  • Japanese matcha — classic, Spanish-style, or with house-made strawberry cold foam
  • Signature iced drinks developed in-house
  • V60 hand-brewed pour-overs from locally roasted single-origin beans
  • Flavoured coffee made with real syrups and house-infused milk
  • A sit-down space for working, meeting, or taking a break (not grab-and-go)
