2g matcha · 180ml milk · hot or iced

A clean, earthy matcha drink that lets the tea speak for itself. 2g of ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha is whisked smooth with 30ml of hot water, then combined with 180ml of steamed milk (hot) or cold milk over ice (iced). Hot version served in a 240ml cup, iced in a 360ml glass. No coffee, no added sugar. This is the most direct matcha on the menu — simple, balanced, and true to the ingredient.

We use ceremonial-grade Japanese matcha, whisked with 30ml of hot water until smooth before adding milk.
What is the difference between Classic Matcha and Spanish Matcha?
Classic Matcha uses regular whole milk for a cleaner, more matcha-forward taste. Spanish Matcha uses condensed milk blended with fresh milk, making it creamier and sweeter.
