A double espresso (18g in, 36g out) is combined with 120ml of steamed milk, poured with minimal air for a thin, silky foam layer. Served in a 180ml cup. The texture is glossy and integrated rather than airy, which lets the espresso come through more clearly than in a cappuccino. Less milk than a latte, more than a cortado. No sugar added.
