AeroPress offers a different take on slow bar coffee — bolder, rounder, and full-bodied.
240 ml hot · 360 ml iced
A full-immersion brew method that produces a cleaner, slightly bolder cup than pour-over. 15g of locally roasted single-origin beans are ground medium-fine and steeped under gentle pressure in the AeroPress for about 1–2 minutes, then pressed through a paper filter. Available hot in a 240ml cup or iced in a 360ml glass. No milk added. The AeroPress brings out a different side of the same beans used in V60 — more body, slightly less clarity, and a rounder finish.

How It's Made
- 1Weigh 15g of locally sourced single-origin beans
- 2Grind medium-fine for AeroPress
- 3Add coffee to AeroPress chamber
- 4Pour hot water (92–96°C) and steep for 1–2 minutes
- 5Press slowly through paper filter
- 6Serve hot or pour over ice (iced)
