Cold Brew is made by steeping coarse-ground beans in cold water for 12–18 hours, then filtering for a smooth, low-acidity concentrate. Served over ice in a 360ml glass with no milk added. The long extraction time produces a naturally sweeter, less bitter coffee compared to iced espresso drinks. It is the only drink on the menu brewed without heat, giving it a uniquely clean and mellow profile.
