Our V60 is the slow bar option for people who want to experience coffee more deliberately.

The slowest and most expressive coffee on the menu. 15g of locally roasted single-origin beans are ground medium-coarse and hand-brewed using the V60 pour-over method with water at 92–96°C, producing 240ml of coffee in 2.5–3 minutes. No milk added. Available hot in a 240ml cup or iced in a 360ml glass. Each batch of beans is sourced locally and the grind is adjusted for every new origin to get the best out of each cup. The V60 is the only non-espresso coffee on the menu and the most hands-on drink we make.

The V60 was added to the menu to give people a completely different coffee experience — slower, cleaner, and more expressive than espresso-based drinks. Each batch of single-origin beans is sourced locally and the grind is adjusted for every new origin to get the best out of each cup. It is the only non-espresso coffee on the menu and the most hands-on drink we make.
